What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or through the contact form, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number, email, shipping address, and sankalp details (name, gotra, nakshatra, intention). This website itself does not store your form entries — the contact and sankalp forms only compose a WhatsApp message on your own device.
How we use it
We use your details only to perform your puja (the pandit needs your name, gotra and intention for the sankalp), to ship prasad to your address, and to send you the video of your puja. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside PujaKashi.
Puja videos
The video of your puja is shared only with you. We never publish your name, sankalp or video without your explicit permission.
Testimonials
If you send us a thank-you message, we will only display it on this website after asking you, and only with your first name and country — surnames and numbers are always removed or blurred.
Festival reminders
If you ask us for festival reminders, we keep only your WhatsApp number for that purpose and message you a few times a year before major festival pujas. We never add you without you messaging us first, we do not use the number for anything else, and you can reply STOP at any time to be removed.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to delete the details we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing bookpujasonline@gmail.com.
