Our service
PujaKashi arranges pujas performed by verified pandits at temples and ghats in Varanasi (Kashi), India, in the name of the devotee who books them. Booking, payment discussion and confirmation happen on WhatsApp — this website itself takes no payment.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after we exchange messages on WhatsApp and confirm the date, package and sankalp details with you. Listed dates and tithis may shift as per the panchang; we will always inform you of any change before the puja.
Our promise
For every confirmed puja you receive a video in which the sankalp is taken with your name. If we fail to deliver the video of your puja, you receive a full refund — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nature of the service
Pujas are devotional and spiritual services. We promise complete and correct performance of the ritual by qualified pandits; we cannot and do not guarantee specific material or personal outcomes.
Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). International prasad shipping may carry an additional charge, confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
