Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our core promise
If your puja is not performed, or you do not receive the video of your puja, you receive a 100% refund — no questions asked.
Cancellation by you
Cancel more than 48 hours before the puja: full refund. Cancel within 48 hours: we have usually already purchased samagri and reserved pandits, so we refund 50%, or offer to move your booking to another date at no charge (most devotees choose this).
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before the puja — just message us on WhatsApp.
Cancellation by us
If a puja must be cancelled from our side (temple closure, panchang change, unforeseen events), we offer you the next suitable date or a full refund — your choice.
Prasad shipping
Shipping fees are refundable only if the shipment is lost. Delays by the courier or customs are outside our control, but we track every parcel until it reaches you.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made within 7 working days to the same account or method you paid from.
