What ships

After your puja, we pack and ship your prasad box: typically prasad from the temple, raksha/kalava, vibhuti or sindoor as appropriate to the puja, and Ganga jal where permitted by the destination country.

Within India

Dispatched within 3 working days of the puja by a tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 4–10 days depending on your city. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp.

International (NRI devotees)

We ship to the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia and most other countries. Dispatch within 5 working days; delivery typically 7–21 days with tracking. International shipping cost is confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.

Customs note

Some countries restrict food or liquid items (e.g. Ganga jal). Where restricted, we substitute permitted items (raksha, vibhuti, dried prasad) so your box always arrives complete and legal.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address on WhatsApp. Parcels returned due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at cost.
